How To Obtain Login Credentials For Skyward Family Access
New to PISD families receive an email once their child’s enrollment application has been approved by the campus. Please visit the Enrollment page for more details if you are needing to start the enrollment process.
If you have already received this email, please use the Login ID provided in the email to login to Skyward Family Access. If you cannot find the email or have forgotten your Login ID and/or password, please click the Forgot your Login/Password? link on the login screen.
Prosper ISD is committed to protecting the privacy of student data. If you do not know the email address associated with your Skyward Family Access account to be able to reset your account by clicking the Forgot your Login/Password? link, please call or visit your child’s school and be prepared to send/show proper identification so office staff can verify your identity before releasing login credentials.
The Prosper ISD Administration Building (District office) does not issue Skyward Family Access login credentials. Login credentials are only issued at the student's school office.
