PHS Dual Credit Meeting
There will be a very important presentation for students and families interested in the dual credit program for the 2019-20 school year on January 30th in the PHS Cafeteria from 6:00 – 8 pm.
General program information will be presented by representatives from Collin College and LeTourneau University who will present on the enrollment and registration process for these schools. As students are responsible for their own enrollment and registration with their respective program, it is vitally important for students or a family representative to attend this meeting. Enrollment information for next year will be available in the PHS counseling office and posted online to the counselor’s webpage after this date.
With only rare exceptions, dual credit courses are available for students who will be Juniors and Seniors only. Students who are interested in the dual credit program next year, including those currently in the program who wish to continue in dual credit, and those pursuing specialized career programs like Certified Nurse’s Assistant and Emergency Medical Technician, are strongly encouraged to attend. If you have questions in advance, please connect with your child’s counselor.
