My vision for Prosper ISD is to ensure that every student participates in a rigorous and engaging learning experience.  The true purpose of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically and then to transfer that thinking to the world beyond the walls of the classroom.  In order to fulfill this purpose, we must recognize our students for the many talents they display and we must challenge each student to excel while balancing their academic success.   Our students  deserve the highest quality education possible in order to prepare them for success in a global, interconnected future.  To achieve excellence for our students, Prosper ISD is committed to transforming the design of education while continuing a strong commitment to relationships with our students, families, and community. We are committed to continuous improvement, informed reflection, and the most powerful asset we have, the voice of our students.

Our goal is to ensure that our faculty and staff have all that they need to provide a premier educational experience for students. This includes recruiting and hiring the best personnel, designing and building superb facilities, maintaining and sustaining the assets we have, and wisely budgeting and investing tax-payer dollars. In doing so we will serve our students, staff, and community well.

Prosper ISD is dedicated to providing a high quality education to our students that prepares them for an ever-changing global society.  We are committed to providing a variety of experiences inside and outside of the classroom that challenges our students to think critically and that inspires them to learn and grow in a safe environment.  Although high-quality teaching and learning are our focus, we strive to create an environment where students learn the importance of respect and service to others and our communities.

The human factor cannot be replaced; while our students are our future, the teachers are the most important component in the classroom as they guide instruction and learning. Moreover, a teacher with good technology and support can reach new heights in instruction and engage students further. The Technology Department at Prosper ISD will make every effort to provide a high level of commitment to excellence and serve and support every single individual in the district to secure a better future for our students.
