“Prepare to Prosper” Transition Program (P2P)
-
The Prepare to Prosper (P2P) program is designed to facilitate a student’s transition from high school to adult life by providing additional experience and training focused on developing independent living and/or vocational skills in a variety of settings. Eligibility for students, ages 18-21, is based on identified needs in the areas of training, education, employment, and independent living skills as determined by the ARD committee. The daily scheduling and the duration of programming for a student in the program is based on a student’s transition needs, postsecondary goals, and adult agency connections.
