In 2016, the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth introduced “20 Under 20” as part of the Global Young Leaders program to spotlight young people who consistently give back to their communities and exemplify what it means to be a global citizen. Junior World Affairs Council (JWAC) students are selected for 20 Under 20 based on proven academic performance, leadership skills, and interest in foreign policy and global issues.

These 20 students are invited to attend the World Affair Council's Leadership Days retreat and will participate in a number of professional development, leadership advancement, and civic engagement opportunities throughout the coming 2023-2024 academic year.

Five of the 20 students are from Prosper High School. These amazing students are truly future world leaders. Congratulations to:

Additionally, PHS JWAC will once again receive the Top Ten JWAC award for the DFW/Fort Worth area for the third consecutive year.
