PROSPER INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT SECTION 504 RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED
The Prosper Independent School District will destroy and will no longer make available any Section 504 records for school years dating from 2018 to 2019 for students who have inactive status or have graduated. Parents, guardians, or students 18 years or older who would like to have a copy of their records must submit a written request to Prosper ISD, Program and Evaluation Services 605 East Seventh Street, Prosper, TX 75068 or cljennings@prosper-isd.net attention Courtney L. Jennings. All requests must be received in writing by Friday, September 27, 2024.
